At the invitation of Changchun Intelletual Property Bureau , our partner Mr.Liu Wenqiu gave a lecture on “ invention and intellectual property “on Start Ceremony of Patent Week of Changchun Minicipality in the morning of Nov.08th ,2011. The lecture was from the development strategic angle of enterprises aimed at some issues such as the vaule and meaning of intellectual property , ways and methods on invention-innovation , how to transform the scientific and techonological achievenments into intellectual property and so on ,and it obtained a good response!
